People are on the move across the world; driven by desperate situations or drawn by new opportunities for a better life. For some the journey has led them here to the island of Ireland, North and South; and they have become for us 'The World On Our Doorstep'.

You are invited to 'Come & Dine - A Banquet for All the Nations', a 'World On Our Doorstep' day-conference organised by the Mission Agencies Partnership (MAP), so that you may be enthused and equipped to share the hospitality of the King with the world on our doorstep.
This conference is for Christians who are hungry to find answers to questions such as: How can we ... Welcome the stranger? ... Show hospitality to the foreigner? ... Effectively build friendships with people from other cultures? ... Overcome language and cultural barriers to effectively share the Gospel? ... Integrate international people into our churches?
A choice of three seminars in the morning and three in the afternoon will cover the topics listed below. Participants will be asked when they book, to choose to attend one seminar in each session.

The conference speaker, Desi Maxwell, is passionate to help people understand the text of Scripture in context. Four years ago he and his wife launched Xplorations, a teaching ministry devoted to ‘xploring’ the Jewish roots to the Christian faith. A native of Northern Ireland, he has lived and worked abroad and his vision is for the Kingdom of God in the world.
The charge for the day is £10 per person, payable when booking. Cheques should be made payable to 'Mission Agencies Partnership'.
To secure your place, you can register online. Alternatively, you can download and print the Information Leaflet (pdf 682Kb) and use the attached Booking Form.
Printed Booking Forms, and cheques, should be returned by no later than Monday, 6th February 2012 to:
